The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the TM Forum on behalf of our members. Its key responsibilities are to determine how the TM Forum will serve the industry; to set strategy, direction and priorities and to guide strategic initiatives. As a not-for-profit organization, the Board aims to have a representative balance of member industry sectors and geographies though highly experienced senior executives. This balance includes various types of service provider; software companies, equipment suppliers and systems integrators.
Board members are appointed by Members at the Annual Meeting based on a slate of nominees proposed by the Board’s Nominating Committee. Detailed oversight of the Forum is devolved to the Board’s Executive Committee who meet frequently.
