This Operator Committee is chaired by the Operator Vice Chair. The chief duties of this committee are to work with the CTO, to ensure the organization’s programs, projects, priorities and direction represent the interests of service provider operations executives and operations centers. It also provides advice and guidance to the CTO, participates in the review and approval of project charters and documents as well as input to the Strategic Operating Plan.
