Discover how the Forum can help you

With competition from both established providers as well as newer Internet-based service and content providers that can deploy low cost services like VoIP, alternative network operators must attract customers through lower pricing, higher levels of service, and innovation .

One OSS/BSS challenge is to match the new network build and the network quality and control it affords with a service infrastructure that delivers a state-of-the-art customer experience - making the network really work for customers.

The Forum’s technical work focuses on the customer-experience imperative .  Our main role is to help the communications sector develop frameworks and standards that will advance system integration and data sharing - both at the system level within organizations and at the inter-company level where new value chains, involving services and content from multiple partners, are driving the industry.

Wouldn't it be great to be able to easily share customer and operational data with partners without spending months on integration work?   Our frameworks enable operators to build sophisticated linkages between operational and business applications so that operators can get new and innovative services to market faster and more profitably.
