Phil was previously CIO for BT and a key player in the design and development of the 21st Century Network at BT. He led the team that delivered the systems for Broadband Britain where he developed and delivered the architectures that enabled the huge growth of independent service providers in the UK. Phil has served as a Non- Executive Director and on the Board of Advisors for a number of leading IT companies. He is currently an independent consultant in IT. Born in Chile, Tony has 30 years experience in the telecom industry, with the first 15 years working for Australian and Asian service providers, across R&D, Engineering, Operations and IT Departments. As a CIO, Tony successfully delivered a $200m OSS/BSS transformation program. Tony spent the next 15 years as an OSS/BSS vendor, at CEO, Chairman and Director levels. As the founder of Clarity, Tony led the creation of a unified OSS product delivered to 30 customers worldwide as major multiyear transformations. Tony is a Board Director of a number of ITC companies, was appointed to the TM Forum Advisory Council in 2009 and is Chair of the Smart Grid Community. He is married with two children.  Peter Sany

Peter is Chairman and CEO of itcps Management Consulting AG, Switzerland. He studied Computer Cartography and Computer Science at the University and the Polytechnic University of Zurich, Switzerland, and completed an Executive MBA with IBM / IMD later. He has worked in the ICT industry for 26 years from ‘all sides of the table.’ At IBM he served 13 years as HW, SW and SI supplier, salesman, client executive and general manager in various industries. He was also Group CIO and member of the Executive Board of Novartis (6 yrs) and Deutsche Telekom (4yrs). Peter is also an entrepreneur (4yrs) as Co-owner and CTO of Core Banking SW developer Avaloq, and is now founder, owner and CEO of itcps Management Consulting AG. He invested in a number of technology companies including Datanomic (M&A - Oracle 2011), and was part of a small management team (COO) which steered Geneva Technology, a supplier of high value billing software to the communications industry, from product launch through rapid growth, market acclaim, a Queens award for Innovation, and the company acquisition for $700m. Dr. Gadi Solotorevsky is Chief Technical Officer for cVidya Networks. He is a specialist in the field of revenue intelligence, chairs the TM Forum Revenue Assurance Team, and is one of the authors of TR131 and GB941. Dr Solotorevsky holds a BS from the Hebrew University and a MS and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University. Colin launched Parhelion Global Communications Advisors in March 2010 to provide strategic advisory services on business model transformation, alternative services monetization (M2M, MHealth and Smart Community) and information systems optimization to Communications Service Providers (CSP) globally. He has more than 35 years of experience in the communications arena, having worked in senior engineering positions for two European CSPs and in senior international roles in major US and Indian corporations. He has been an independent international communications consultant since 1992 working for CSPs in over 50 countries on all continents. In this role, he has defined the transformational business model for more than 10 CSPs, enterprise information systems architectures for over 20 CSPs and programme managed the implementation of solutions as business change catalyst for the CSPs. Makoto Yoshida is Emeritus Professor, the University of Tokyo, responsible for the innovation of engineering education and the application of IT to education at the Global Centre for Innovation in Engineering Education, the School of Engineering. He holds a BE in the electronics engineering and a Ph.D. in the electrical engineering from the University of Tokyo.
Before entering the University of Tokyo in 2002, Dr. Yoshida worked for NTT with considerable research and development experiences in teletraffic engineering, network architecture/design, operations and management architecture/systems, and then with NTT Advanced Technology (NTT-AT) in charge of network/systems integration and operations service business. His experiences include numerous contributions to the international standardisation arena, such as in former ITU CCITT as well as international institutions/symposia, such as TM Forum, since its inception in 1988, having served as Vice President, Vice Chairman and former Chairman.
