The Annual Meeting of Members is a crucial steering mechanism for the TM Forum’s strategy and direction. It is your opportunity to hear yearly formal reports from the TM Forum Board of Directors and executives about the state and future of TM Forum including: finances, membership and the organization’s future direction. More importantly, it is your opportunity, as a member and vital piece to the TM Forum community, to ask questions directly to the Board and voice your opinion on what you’ve heard.
It is a great opportunity for you to catch up on what has happened in the Forum in the last year. It’s also an important right that you have as a Member to participate in making important decisions such as approving the appointment of Directors to the Forum’s Board; reviewing progress; reviewing the organizations finances and appointing the Auditors.
