Metrics Automation program by launching the Business Metrics Automation Certification program that delivers
the next step towards real-time automated benchmarking.
The program enables software suppliers to gain an independent assessment of
their solutions’ conformance to the industry standard TM Forum Frameworx
Business Metrics. This
new program speeds service providers’ ability to access reliable, real-time
benchmarking data and performance analytics, and reduces the time and cost of
the overall procurement process by allowing them to easily select products that
conform to TM Forum standards.
