CO-OP is a practical implementation of the TMF New Generation Operations Systems and Software (NGOSS) framework, specifically targeted at common management of multi-vendor mobile networks. The deliverables from the CO-OP work provide feedback and input to the overall NGOSS framework as well as provide implementation details.
