QinetiQ has developed a translation methodology to provide a repeatable, bi-directional, procedure for translating between implementations of the ITIL and eTOM frameworks. QinetiQ's methodology aims to enable users to generate one to one mappings between process flows of either framework; while supporting processes optimisation and enabling the development and implementation of hybrid processes flows to converge eTOM-ITIL and deliver the 'best of both worlds'.
