OSS/J Procurement Guidelines are designed to help telecommunication industry professionals measure the alignment of any product offering with OSS/J guidelines, standards, and position. Since the scope of these guidelines addresses only the offering compliance to OSS/J and assumes that those considerations are being evaluated with a separate instrument, the evaluation provided by this instrument is not intended to be a substitute an Information Technology evaluation.
