The TMF revenue assurance team distinguishes between three types of revenue assurance, Reactive, Active, and Proactive

  • A project to identify and resolve the causes of historic revenue loss is reactive.
  • Monitoring of problems in real-time designed to instigate corrective responses before any revenue loss takes place is active.
  • The implementation of controls and other measures to prevent problems is proactive.

In this Catalyst, we will demonstrate the integration of products through Revenue Assurance Evolution cycle,

  • a provider uses a reactive RA method to identify that he has a revenue leakage,
  • an active revenue assurance paradigm is implemented to avoid more revenue losses,
  • based on intelligent analysis of information gathered during the active revenue assurance activity, preventive policies will be deployed that will prevent similar cases of revenue leakages
