As the TM Forum Collaboration Program strives to generate NGOSS solutions that possess coherent structure relevant today and into the future, there is a need for holistic treatment of architecture and methodology across the entire organization. The “Architecture Harmonization” is a reflection of that need and works to create a cohesive strategy for all key TM Forum collaborative work. The mandate for the Architecture Harmonization team is to consider architecture across the breadth and depth of the TM Forum work, which ranges from abstract framework to real implementation, across all aspects of business operations. As a consequence, the core team comprises members of each of the key groups within TM Forum.
The team activity encompasses the NGOSS Lifecycle GB927, as well as other work that in any way encompasses specification of contracts, components and lifecycles (e.g. NGOSS Contracts, TM Forum Interface Program, and Catalyst projects).
The team provides architecture and methodology leadership across the TM Forum Collaboration Program and manages the technical aspect of governance of the TMF Architecture.
