Revenue assurance - or more properly revenue management - continues to be pretty sexy…From a business point of view, much more sexy in fact than the new-ish technologies like video phones, xDSL and push-to-anything (grandchild of push-to-talk via click-through) which will shortly have to be grappled with by the revenue assurance community to ensure continued and profitable revenue growth.
