More than 170 service providers from over 65 countries use the TM Forum Business Benchmarking Program’s performance data to:

This is an ABSOLUTELY FREE service to Service Provider members of TM Forum—a $100K value! Participating service providers receive free, secure, individualized reports showing their performance on each metric and have access to broader results and statistics in the benchmarking database. Reports with aggregated results are available for a fee to nonparticipating service providers and by paid subscription to suppliers.

TM Forum Benchmarking is conducted through a secure web-portal. The process, software, and physical environment have been audited and approved by several unaffiliated security auditors.

Developed by service providers, for service providers, the Program uses quantitative metrics ranging from tactical to business performance data and conducts qualitative surveys on topics of service provider interest. The metrics are always relevant since service provider Dialog teams define them.

Our Benchmarking studies help you measure the true impact of changes in your business, providing a balanced scorecard across finance, customer service, and operations. Benchmarking before and after critical projects allows you to objectively assess how much you have improved, and where you stand against your targets.

Based on the comprehensive set of Business Metrics defined in Frameworx, TM Forum’s Business Benchmarking Program allows you to compare your business and operational performance against the rest of the industry, providing the critical information you need to shape your future strategy.

TM Forum's Business Metrics Automation program works with software suppliers to incorporate TM Forum standard business metrics into products and solutions, enabling service providers to automatically upload metric data into the TM Forum Business Benchmarking Database rather than collating and entering that data manually.

The TM Forum Business Metrics Automation Certification program delivers the next step toward real-time automated benchmarking by enabling software suppliers to gain an independent assessment of their product's conformance to the Business Metrics Automation requirements.
