In this period of high transformation business metrics are more important than ever. The TM Forum has recently published their Business Metrics in an easy- to-read poster format. This special session will introduce the Business Metrics poster, explain how to read the poster and find metrics appropriate to specific business performance concerns. Posters will be available for attendees. People involved in measuring business performance should attend. Seating is limited. No registration required

This meeting will be of special interest to Service Providers interested in business metrics; Consultants interested in working with Service Providers on business metrics and Service providers interested in business benchmarking. The meeting is open to all attendees, however seating is limited.
