Defining and implementing open, de-facto standards for IP-based support system interoperability, enabling providers to profitably deploy next-generation services. Includes Usage Collection Interface which is part of the DOCSIS and tru2way CableLabs standards.

The TM Forum is forming a team to identify requirements and then set standards for the operational aspects of advertising. Initial work will center on service management and managing targeted advertising.
