Member Reports

Member Reports are industry updates exploring current industry issues from a CSP perspective. These reports are developed in collaboration between the TM Forum Business Benchmarking Program and well known industry analysts and provide a melding of big picture trends from the analysts with supporting detail from recent TM Forum Business Benchmarking studies. Nominally, they are produced twice a year near the spring and fall Management World events.

Member Reports are a benefit of TM Forum membership and are available free to all members as a pdf download.

The first Benchmarking Industry Update Report "Revenue Growth Strategies: Getting the Balance Right" is now available. Click here to download a FREE copy of this report in PDF format now. This report is available to members.
