Case Studies Are Your Opportunity to For Free Publicity through the TM Forum Website and Printed TM Forum Case Study Handbook!

And have your company’s name and your work in front of the tens of thousands of TM Forum website visitors!

The TM Forum is gathering case studies about how its members use TM Forum work -- including NGOSS, eTOM, MTNM, MTOSI, SLA Handbook, IPDR, GBA, Revenue Assurance -- to improve their businesses. Participating in this project is NO COST TO YOU – you just need to complete the case study template (download from the link at the right) and return it to the TM Forum. And then we will tell the world what you have accomplished!

Here’s how it works:

1. Complete the case study templates (download link at the bottom of this page): The template has two parts, a full case study template and a one page template.  The Full Case Study Template is used for the website and the One Page Template is used for printing purposes when we publish the TM Forum Case Study Handbook twice per year.  One Page Case Studies will not be accepted without the full case study accompanying it.  Each template has a few fill-in-the-blank questions and an outline the written case studies.

2. Submit the Case Study: when finished, send to Susana Schwartz at the TM Forum (sschwartz@tmforum.org).

3. Posting: Your complete case study will be posted to the TM Forum website immediately and your one page case study will be cataloged for inclusion in the printed Case Study Handbook.

4. Case studies featured in News Central and other TM Forum Newsletters: Case studies will be featured in the TM Forum Newsletter News Central and other technical and regional newsletters on an on-going basis. Our mailing list of over 25,000 subscribers will be regularly contacted about new and interesting case studies.

• Full Case studies should be between 3 and 10 pages in length and should follow the format in the templates.
• Diagrams are fine and encouraged.  Specifics for using diagrams in the One Page summary are in the One Page Case Study Instructions 
• Service provider participation in case studies is encouraged where ever possible, but vendor only case studies are accepted provided they are showing how the use of TM Forum work was of benefit to them.
• Please submit your logo with your case study, as logos will be posted with featured case studies.
• Please do not simply make this a case study for one of your products. You must include how TM Forum work/products/documents were used in order for the case study to be accepted.
