Catalyst Demonstration Program

Catalyst Demonstration ProgramOne way that members can get involved with Collaboration is with a short term demonstration project through our Catalyst program. These projects tend to run 4-6 months in duration and focus on solving service provider-defined challenges through multi-company collaboration where the end result is a demonstration. This resulting demonstration is exhibited at either the TM Forum Management World or Management World Americas conference depending upon project timing.

Think of Catalyst projects as a rapid prototyping environment where service providers, system integrators, and hardware/software suppliers work together and use or define TM Forum standards and best practices as part of their solution. Catalysts are a fast way to show standards in action as part of a live solution and to show integration amongst partners. The results from Catalyst projects are fed back into the standards and best practices development projects as enhancements.
