The Concept to market: Best Practices for smarter product delivery (C2MBP) team provides best practices and guidelines to utilize TMF assets such as eTOM, SID and TAM, to enable operators and service providers to improve their C2M project management processes, governance models and organization for a smarter product delivery.
As a first step entities for information framework and process elements for the business process framework for project management (i.e. agile project management) will be defined to be the foundation for the further work. Primary goal of the group is to provide a guidebook that describes best practices for executing C2M projects aligned with enterprise architecture governance leveraging the TMF solution framework.
The work of C2MBP is complementary to the effort of other teams within the TMF and is aligned with the overall TMF strategy. Besides providing a C2MBP guide book the team contributes to other teams by refining and adopting existing TMF artefacts.
