Welcome. This group is now one of the key components of the Revenue Management Initiative. This group has been re-engaged under the influence of the Revenue Management Initiative for the purpose of advancing work on the "Focus on Satisfaction" key.

What are the deliverables?
The deliverables of the Customer Experience Group include Technical Reports, White Papers, Frameworx extensions and enhancements, and Catalyst projects.
How to Participate
There are various ways members can engage in the Customer Experience activities, principally through various Online Community Groups in the Collaboration Program. The Customer Experience theme is intertwined in many of the currently chartered projects in the Revenue Management Initiative collection of groups, among them Business Enablement and Data Analytics, as well as several past and current Catalyst projects--the two projects that will be demonstrated at Management World Americas 2011 in Orlando will illustrate the combination of the TM Forum Business Performance Metric System (and its companion Automation program), Executive Dashboard leveraging of TM Forum's Business Benchmarking, and Data Analytics of Customer Experience to inform the industry of this rapidly growing area of activity in the TM Forum.
