Moving some Framework datatypes

Today in SID 12.0, ObjectName and AttributeValuePair are part of the Framework ABE under the TIP Common ABE (Qualified Name: SID Models::Common Business Entities Domain::TIP Common ABE::Framework ABE). Duplicate literal in State enum

Hello, The State enum, part of NRB (SID Models::Resource Domain::Resource ABE::TIP Resource ABE::Network Resource Basic ABE::State) has a duplicate literal 4. In fact, in this enum, unknown is 0, then the M3100 start at 1 to 4, but then the X721 start also at 4 and go to 9. The x721 literals should be renamed from 5 to 10. Best regards Marc

Duplicate DateTime in SID 12.0

Move UsageSpecCharValueUse to UsageSpec ABE

This class (assoc class) is still in the Usage ABE although this assoc class represent association between two entities in the Usage Spec ABE. It should be moved to the Usage Spec ABE since it has impact on conformance certification (both for Usage ABE and for Usage Spec ABE)

Remove Resource entity from Project ABE (CBE)

Project ABE (in Common Business Entities) domain includes a Resource entity (under projectResourcePkg L2 ABE) which is an orphan entity which is not used anywhere, and creates some issues because of the duplicate name of the major Resource entity in the Resource domain. There is an inconsistrency between the model and the Product addendum GB922-3 within the Product Offering Price Rule ABE; the ProductOfferPriceCondition entity in the model files has an attribute priceRuleConditionType, whose name in the corresponding addendum is priceRuleComponentType

Add command entity to model and addendum 1BI

In the business interaction addendum, there is a reference to Command entity (subclass of Request) which was removed from the model long time ago (at least in V 8) - This entity has business meaning and should be added to the model.

Remove Usage entities from DD of customer addendum

In GB922-addendum 2 - Customer, the data dictionary still includes usage entities (chapter 1.22) even though the Usage entities were moved to CBE and to a different addendum (addendum 1 Usage)
