| | | What is the Revenue Management Initiative Group?
The work of the Revenue Management Initiative is delivered through extensive activities in the TM Forum’s online community. Currently, groups are actively undertaking projects in the areas of Asset Management, Business Assurance, Charging and Billing, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Enterprise Risk Management, Fraud Management, and Revenue Assurance. These areas of activity have dedicated online community groups established, and you are encouraged to visit them to join in the dialog and work. At the heart of an effective management practice is the availability of relevant Business Metrics, so every project will be expected to produce a complement of such metrics as part of their work. Every major area of interest under the Revenue Management Initiative now has a dedicated Online Community Group home page, with all of the world-class facilities that implies. Please visit one or more of them at: Additionally, members are encouraged to nominate areas of interest, usually starting out by the establishment of an Interest Group in the Online Community, often evolving into an established team chartered to produce specific work output. What are the deliverables?
The individual teams in the online community are chartered to produce a variety of general interest and product-enhancing work. Please visit the respective group home pages for details.
How to Participate
There are many ways to participate beyond following discussions and events, among them: - Join one or more of the group teams listed above,
