About the Frameworx Workshop at Team Action Week
The free-to-attend Frameworx Workshop offers service providers an in-depth introduction to TM Forum’s Frameworx standard. Featuring sessions on TM Forum Benchmarking, Procurement Guides and Conformance Certification, the workshop offers the very best introduction to these essential programs for TM Forum service provider members. Please note numbers are limited and this workshop is strictly for communications service providers only.

Frameworx Conformance Certifications allow Service Providers and Suppliers to gain an independent assessment of their conformance to TM Forum Frameworx, specifically to the Business Process (eTOM) and Information (SID) Frameworks. The benefits of conformance to Frameworx include reduced operations and integration costs, reduced risks and improved efficiency, customer satisfaction and business agility. This session provides an overview of Conformance Certification, detailing the needs being addressed, the benefits and the process used to achieve certification.

11.00 Overview of the RFx process and templates

More and more service providers see the value of working with suppliers and solutions which are in conformance with Frameworx and are using its components to represent requirements within their RFx activities. They are also requesting the degree to which a proposed solution conforms to a Frameworx component, such as the Business Process (eTOM) or Information (SID) Frameworks. This session provides an overview of the RFx support template document and spreadsheets.

This half day segment has been put together for Communications Service Provider Managers interested in using internal measures and comparative data from benchmarking to improve either broad business performance or focused improvement in operations, billing or revenue assurance. The segment sessions are:

16.00 SP Executive Roundtable – Impact of New Services:
The focus is on getting new services to market. Are you fast enough to beat your competition or do you find that somewhere between concept and cash the opportunity is lost?

Help us identify the core of the business problem for new services. Participate in this executive roundtable and identify the key elements to measure for new services. Is time to market the most important topic or are there other metrics that should be included to really get a handle on your ability to monetize new services quickly?

The output of this roundtable will be used to guide the metrics development work for new services.
