Business transformation with the TM Forum Solution Frameworks: Using the Solution Frameworks in the various maturity stages of an enterprise architecture deployment

This course addresses a growing need in today’s Service Provider environment: aligning the understanding of transformation drivers, tools and principles among business and IT representatives in the frame of business and IT transformation initiatives.
Beyond the technical considerations of OSS/ BSS projects, it provides a 3 dimension perspective of a Service provider business transformation:
  • External dimension (market & players in a distributed value network)
  • Internal dimension (operating model & operational efficiency)
  • Portfolio dimension (Processes, Platforms, Products & Services)
The course builds on the common structures and maturity stages of an Enterprise Architecture deployment as well as on Service Oriented ArchitectureA computer systems architectural style for creating and using business processes packaged as servicesA computer systems architectural style for creating and using business processes packaged as services principles. It aims to provide both business and IT representatives with a common understanding of how to leverage the Solution Frameworks as an enterprise architectural framework to pave the way towards the service oriented enterprise model.

This course is intended for service provider business and IT managers/staff involved in the preparation or deployment of business transformation project, as well as staff from vendors and consultancies with relevant service provider clients.
(Business managers, business analysts, enterprise solution architects, process and data architects/modelers).
