There is also much discussion about the fact that Cloud Computing promises to reduce costs as well as to increase IT efficiency within organisations, yet everybody has their own understanding of what Cloud Computing is and many people don’t know where to start with Cloud Computing!
Cloud Essential is pleased to announce the Cloud Computing Workshop at the TM Forum Management World 2009. Based on our working experiences to date in Cloud, this session will assist attendees to better understand Cloud Computing and in particular, the immediate and long term benefits of Private Cloud for medium/large enterprises. We also provide an overview of how attendees from global enterprises can commence the implementation strategy/planning to realise the benefits from Private Cloud – immediately.

Cloud Computing Landscape & Economic Model
In this topic, we will define what Cloud Computing is and the roles that Public Cloud, Private Cloud and Hybrid Cloud play in the Cloud Computing landscape. We will address the value of Cloud Computing and why Private Cloud is a good place to start. This session will also include an economic model for Cloud Computing.
Challenges for Your Enterprise
This topic will explore some of the strategic, business, technical and operational challenges an Enterprise will face in implementing a private cloud and propose some strategies for tackling them.
10 Steps to Private Cloud
The agenda item will provide you with a framework for your journey towards a Private Cloud implementation.
