This course seeks to redress the balance. The thought leadership of the likes of TM Forum Chairman & CEO Keith Willetts and President & CTO Martin Creaner is combined with real case studies to demonstrate how Frameworx can be a key weapon in the never-ending challenge of controlling cost, maintaining and growing the customer base whilst developing new revenue streams.
