NGOSS Overview Webinar

The NGOSS frameworks are the Service Provider’s only true standard for development and deployment of Service Management and OSS/BSS systems. NGOSS based solutions are easy to integrate, flexible, and easy to manage throughout their lifecycle.
This two hour web-based training is intended to provide attendees with an introduction to NGOSS and its Frameworks: the Business Process Framework (eTOM), the Information Framework (SID), the Technology Neutral Architecture (TNA) and the Application Framework (TAM). The course will also briefly cover the importance of NGOSS compliance and ongoing work with other industry groups.
