NGOSS in Practice: Using the Solution Frameworks - 2 Day Course at Management World
Delegates will learn how to use the solution frameworks to gain insight and understanding of typical Service Provider challenges in planning, designing, developing, deploying and supporting a Product Offering. The course will explore the full Product lifecycle from: concept-to-market to order-to-cash and trouble-to-resolve. This will involve exploring all the NGOSS Domains: Market/Sales, Product, Customer, Service, Resource and Supplier/Partner.

Exercises provide attendees with the opportunity to delve into the solution frameworks and learn how they can be used to outline an understanding of the business challenge as well as to draft a possible solution that will meet the goals and objectives of the business challenge.

Delegates will leave the course with hands-on experience in a practical methodology for using the solution frameworks – eTOM Business Process, SID Business Information, TAM Business Applications and TIP APIs – to create NGOSS-styled SOA Process, Task-centric, Entity-centric and Application Service Contracts.*
