Revenue Assurance Maturity Model - 1/2 Day Course at Management World

This course gives a basis for reassessing the revenue assurance priorities of a business and identifying a strategic path for developing the revenue assurance capability without simply increasing resources or expenditure. The course highlights the typical evolution of revenue assurance within a Service Provider, and explains the main obstacles to progress. States of maturity are described in a framework similar to the CMMI, and emphasis is placed on how to be realistic in improving performance in stepped and managed way across the cross-section of aspects that determine revenue assurance maturity: organization, people, influence, technology and processes.

Participants are given detailed coaching on how to assess the revenue assurance maturity of their business. Several case studies will be analyzed in order to explain how to draw conclusions and make practical decisions on how to improve the delivery of revenue assurance.

This course culminates by explaining a simple but powerful mechanism to measure maturity and identify strategic priorities that was developed in collaboration with a number of Service Providers.
