Information Framework (SID) Distilled - 1 Day Course at Management World
The Information Framework (SID) is the lingua franca for NGOSS. It is used to define in business and systems terms, the information that is utilized in OSS/BSS deployments. This course provides an overview of NGOSS and three of its cornerstones: the TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM), the TM Forum Information Framework (SID), and the Technology-Neutral Architecture. It demonstrates the inherent and strong relationships between the Information Framework and the overall NGOSS architecture and demonstrates how the framework is used as the ‘Language’ of NGOSS.The framework is explained in detail and students are taken on a guided tour of the currently developed Information Framework domains. There will be hands-on exercises throughout the day.
