By integrating an Auto Configuration Server (ACS) into the Test Management System, the CSPs can extend the envelope of their intelligent test management procedures to include the End-User CPE environment.

Telcordia will demonstrate integration between our INTAS intelligent test management system and an ACS server, enabling the CSP to orchestrate scheduled and ad-hoc tests that reach all the way into the premise network. As a result, the CSP can shorten fulfillment and outage resolution times, eliminate truck rolls, and reduce or shorten end-user calls into the customer service center.
