How the use of the TM Forum Frameworx best practice and standards, specifically the Information Framework (SID) and the Integration Framework interfaces has enabled UPC to decouple the BSS and OSS, facilitating the rapid introduction of new services across its Pan-European footprint. The use of Frameworx has provided UPS with the business and operational benefits of ease of integration between applications and their subsequent replacement at a future date.
