Lenahan is responsible for leading the direction of Telcordia’s next-generation of OSS, service platforms and technologies that will enable wireless and cable operators to offer content-rich, IP based and converged networks. Over the past 10 years Grant has been instrumental in the development of advanced charging, policy, service management and service delivery architectures, including extensive work in the OMA and the TMForum.
  Driving Value Realization Through Service Delivery Platform Business Integration
With the ever-increasing opportunities for converged applications along with the critical need for stickiness of services to fend off increased competition from broader portfolio offerings, operators today are increasingly looking to realize the vision of service delivery platforms (SDPs). This discussion is designed to examine how marketing and product management, network infrastructure & operations and information technology leaders can evaluate and prioritize their investments and realize the SDP vision.
