Services Evolution: New Markets & Opportunities
This event marks a major first for the TM Forum and for Africa. It builds upon the foundation of our global membership and extensive expertise and in managing the creation, delivery and monetizing of information, communications and entertainment services evidenced in service providers around the globe. This event not only brings the wealth of existing knowledge to Africa but also features an agenda adapted to the markets and opportunities that exist across Africa today and into the foreseeable future.
Our theme brings out the need for these services to be continually evolving to meet the growing demand for communications services. In the developing countries in the region the demand for these services, especially mobile and wireless, will be enormous. In many cases these services will need to adopt charging models unique to the region. In the more developed and mature markets the subscriber will become more and more demanding for better quality services and access to a new range of digital media services – mirroring the demand that can be seen across Europe and North America.
The 2 day conference will address all aspects of the service lifecycle including assessing the customer need, keeping down the cost of operations, billing and revenue assurance issues and managing the overall customer experience. Our speakers are all experts in their own field some with dedicated roles in Africa and others with an international remit and perspective.
