- NGOSS Users Group: Spend the day in the NGOSS Users Group on Monday
- “TM Forum Collaboration Program Primer”: select two or three meetings that interest you and sit in to see how the team operates and what they think the hot topics are in their selected areas.
- “Dig In”: Study the meeting agendas and spend the day with one team who is working on a specific area of interest to you. You can learn from others in the industry and contribute your expertise.

- NGOSS Users Group plus “Collaboration Program Primer” or “Dig In”: Put together two of the one-day experiences
- “Deeper Dive”: Spend two days with a team where you can learn and contribute more extensively in one specific area.
- “Team Survey”: Visit a multitude of teams over your two days to determine where you and your company can gain the most through involvement.

- NGOSS Users Group plus any of the above Primer, Dig In, Deeper Dive and Team Survey
- Team Focus: Spend the whole week with one team and get totally engaged in your selected topic area
- Catalyst Team Member: Join a Catalyst Project and work to get the ball rolling for your team’s TeleManagement World demonstration.
