Eligibility
The TM Forum Excellence Awards are open to all TM Forum member companies in good standing who can meet the eligibility criteria in the award category of their choice.

Nominations Deadline
The deadline for nominations to all categories was Friday, February 27, 2009. 

Entry Form Submission
Entries must be submitted online via the TM Forum Awards Web Site. An administrative fee may be charged for nominations to some categories. Entries will only be accepted when submitted in the English language.

Entry Acknowledgement
Following electronic confirmation of receipt of the entry form and confirmation of the credit card payment by TM Forum, you will receive a unique entry reference code. Please e-mail awards@tmforum.org if you have any questions concerning your entry.

Multiple Entries
You can submit as many different entries to as many categories as you would like. However, each individual entry submitted is liable to a separate entry fee.

Entry Fees
$250 fee per entry is applicable to the Best Practices Award - Supplier of System Integrator category.

The entry fee for the TM Forum Excellence Awards helps cover the administrative costs associated with collecting, reviewing and evaluating the hundreds of entries received. All companies meeting the eligability for their chosen category will be listed as nominees on the Awards website.

On-line payment by credit card is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We are not able to issue invoices. All payments must be made at the time the entry form is completed and by credit card. Entries will not be processed and cannot be considered complete until full payment has been received.

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Payment deadline and closing date
Complete entries must be received and paid in full by the final deadline date. Nominations will not be accepted after the closing date of Friday 27 February 2009.

Additional Supporting Materials
In some circumstances, our judging panel may require further information to help understand if your entry meets the eligibility criteria, or to help with the judging process. We will contact you directly if any further information is required.

Judging Process
Entries will be judged on the basis of the information provided to the independent judging panel on the entry form.

For 2009, the Best Practices Award for Suppliers will be voted through a combination of open member voting and selection by our expert judges. Entries agreed by the judging panel to meet the eligibility criteria below will be put to an open vote from the TM Forum’s service provider members comprising more than 200 global service providers.

Details of the judging panel meetings will not be disclosed.  Information regarding the participating judges will not be released until the evening of the awards ceremony when the winners are announced.

No discussion will be entered into by the TM Forum regarding validation or qualification of entries.

Confidentiality
Entries will be treated as strictly confidential. Only details of the award winners and selected nominees in each category will be published.

Winners
The decision of the judges is final. No discussion will be entered into regarding the selection process or final decisions.

The final nominees will be notified prior to the TM Forum Excellence Awards in time to make arrangements to attend the presentation ceremony.

Presentation of the awards will be made at the Acropolis Convention Center during the opening keynote session in the morning of Wednesday 6 May 2009.

Filmed highlights of the Awards will be shown during the TM Forum Managment World 2009 conference and on the event website.

Promotion
By entering the TM Forum Excellence Awards, companies are expressly authorizing the TM Forum to use the specific text and materials submitted for the purposes of promoting the awards program in TM Forum presentations, reports for publication, web site and media activities as well as all other forms of promotional/publicity materials.
