Eligibility
The TM Forum Excellence Awards are open to all TM Forum member companies in good standing who can meet the eligibility criteria in the award category of their choice.

Nominations Deadline
The deadline for nominations to all categories is Friday, February 10, 2012, no later than 5 p.m. U.S. Eastern time.

Entry Form Submission
Entries must be submitted online via the TM Forum Awards website and must be written in English..

Entry Acknowledgement
Once an entry is submitted, you will receive confirmation via e-mail and a unique entry reference. Please e-mail awards@tmforum.org if you have any questions concerning your entry.

Multiple Entries
There is no limit to the number of entries per category, or the number of categories in which you can submit. However, in the event your entry is chosen by the judging panel as a finalist, only one entry per company will be accepted on to the finalist slate.

Closing date
Entries must be completed and submitted by February 10 , 2012 (5 p.m. EST). No late entries will be accepted.

Judging Process
Entries will be judged on the basis of the information provided to the independent judging panel on the entry form.
For 2012, the winners of the following categories will be decided by an impartial group of expert judges; TM Forum Industry Leadership Award, TM Forum Business Innovation Award, TM Forum Operational Excellence Award. Finalists for the Solution Excellence Award will be agreed upon by the judging panel to meet the eligibility criteria, then the winner will voted upon by the more than 200 TM Forum global service provider members.
Details of the judging panel meetings will not be disclosed. Information regarding the participating judges will not be released until the Award ceremony takes place at TM Forum's Management World 2012 in Dublin, Ireland.
No discussion will be entered into by the TM Forum or judging panel members regarding validation or qualification of entries.

Confidentiality
All entries will be treated as strictly confidential. Names of the award winners, selected finalists and selected nominees in each category will be published.

Winners
The decision of the judges is final. No discussion will be entered into regarding the selection process or final decisions.
The finalists will be notified by April 4, 2012 and asked to have a senior representative from the company attend to collect the award should they win.
The winners will be announced at TM Forum's Management World 2012 in Dublin, Ireland.

Promotion
By entering the TM Forum 2012 Excellence Awards, companies are expressly authorizing the TM Forum to use the specific text and materials submitted for the purposes of promoting the awards program in TM Forum presentations, reports for publication, website and media activities, as well as all other forms of promotional/publicity materials, unless explicitly requested otherwise within the submission text.
