TM Forum Solution Excellence Award
Awarded to the supplier or system integrator demonstrating the most innovative and effective use of TM Forum Frameworx to deliver tangible cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Eligibility Check List
In order to be eligible for this award, your company must:
- Be a current TM Forum member in good standing;
- Nominate a product or service which is currently in production and deployed with at least one customer;
- Be utilizing TM Forum Frameworx (the evolution of NGOSS) as part of a solution, either to reduce the supplier's developement costs or to improve the agility of the solution;
- Be able to quantify the business value derived by customers using the product or service;
Judging Criteria & Process
Finalists for the Solution Excellence Award will be agreed upon by an independent judging panel to meet the eligibility criteria by April 4, 2012. Once the finalists are announced, the winner will be voted upon by the more than 200 TM Forum global service provider members. The winner will be announced at TM Forum's Management World 2012 in Dublin, Ireland.
Judges will look at the following criteria in order to evaluate entries:
- To what extent have TM Forum best practice and target architecture been deployed as part of the solution?
- Has the product or solution been certified as conforming to TM Forum standards?
- What quantifiable business value has the product or solution delivered through use of TM Forum Frameworx?
- How has the customer benefited (in terms of reduction in costs, risks, time to market, process automation, etc.) from the solution?
- Has the company shared its experiences, feedback or extensions with the TM Forum member community in order to improve TM Forum best practices and standards?
Entry Fees
There is no entry fee for TM Forum members.
How to Enter
Submission deadline was February 10, 2012.
Official nominees were announced March 12, 2012. An expert and impartial judging panel will review all entries, and the short list of 2012 finalists will be announced on April 10, 2012. The winner will be voted upon by the more than 200 TM Forum global service provider members from April 10, 2012 to April 20, 2012.
The winner will be announced at the VIP Gala dinner on May 21, 2012 and the highlights from the evening will be announced during the Opening Keynotes at Management World 2012 in Dublin, Ireland.
The entry form for the 2013 Excellence Awards will open November 1, 2012.
