The Executive Committee is the group that oversees management of the Forum on behalf of the Board and regularly monitors the actions and activities of the organization against agreed goals, objectives and budgets and provides regular progress reports. It helps prepare the Strategic Plan, goals and objectives of the Corporation for presentation to and approval by the Board. In addition, the Committee prepares the Annual Operating Plan and Budget in conjunction with the CEO and Finance Subcommittee. The Committee provides advice and guidance to the CEO and executive team as required and undertakes other tasks as may be delegated to it by the Board.
