Shepard has provided an Exhibitor Manual, which contains all of the information and direction that you require to place orders for services such as carpeting, furniture, booth installation to name just a few. 

Inside the Exhibitor Manual, please find your Order Forms for Electicity, A/V, Catering and Lead Retrieval.

Build Regulations:

  • No hanging signs will be allowed
  • Maximum height for Island Booths is 10 feet.
  • Maximum height for In-line Booths is 8 feet.

Internet Order Form
As part of your booth package you receive one complimentary High Speed Internet Line. This complimentary line must be ordered by October 19, 2010 by clompleteing the following Internet Order Form Download.

Health & Safety Policy

Each Exhibitor is duty bound to act responsibly and to everything possible to prevent personal injury to yourself and others.  Beware of negligence.  Do not do anything that a responsible person would do or do something that a responsible person would not do.

It is the policy of TM Forum to require proof of liability insurance of all its exhibiting companies and their contractors prior to set-up.  If you fail to show proof of insurance, TM Forum reserves the right to refuse entrance to the show floor.

It is the policy of TM Forum to require all Exhibitors to complete a risk assessment form prior to the expo opening.  You are responsible of ensuring the health and safety of yourself and all other persons who may be affected by your acts and omissions. 

5 Steps to Risk Assessment

1. Look for hazards

2. Decide who might be harmed and how.

3. Evaluate risks and decide whether existing precautions are adequate or more should be done.

4. Record using the Risk Assessment Form.

5. Review assessments.
