Vertek Chairs Session Tomorrow on Managing Content-Based Services

Vertek Corporation’s CEO, Brad Soutiere, will lead a session at 9 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday, November 20), along with Alice Harris, Director Billing Services at Qwest, on Managing Content-Based Services. Vertekis aleading provider of end-to-end business process outsourcing, business consulting and managed business assurance offerings for the communications industry and a new member of TM Forum. The session will discussthe importance of partnerships in the communications space and will cover the need to identify, track and manage all key operational and revenue-affecting information in near real-time to maximize operational efficiency and to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Vertek will initially work with TM Forum members in their efforts to optimize the Performance & Operational Integration of Content-based Partnerships for Service Providers.  Along this line, Vertek will be showcasing its Partnership Assurance (VPA) Program at the show. VPA is a hosted, managed service solution designed for network, media and communications service providers partnering in a new digital convergent offering to maintain higher quality, lower cost back-office operations. VPA combines state of the art tools with experienced personnel to create a repeatable and customized view into the business and operational performance of each and every partnership.
