Only the designated booth manager is authorized to register your staff and clients. If you wish to change the name of your designated booth manager, please contact Rachael Jacobi, Expo Manager, expo@tmforum.org.

Depending on your booth package/ size you will receive a number of complimentary exhibitor staff passes and conference passes. The conference passes can only be used for your clients/ prospects. If you occupy a:

10x10ft Booth - you will receive 3 exhibit and 1 Gold Conference passes for staff and 3 Gold Conference passes for clients and prospects 
10x20ft Booth - you will receive 6 exhibit and 2 Gold Conference passes for staff and Gold Conference passes for clients and prospects 
20x20ft Booth - you will receive 12 exhibit and 4 Gold Conference passes for staff and 12 Gold Conference passes for clients and prospects 

If you are a sponsor, you may have additional passes as part of your sponsorship package - for more information, please contact expo@tmforum.org

Please note:

  1. The complimentary conference passes are provided to help you entice your clients/ prospects to visit your company at the Management World show, and hence, only 1 Gold Conference pass is for your staff.   
  2. If you require additional passes over and above the allowance awarded to your company with its booth package, you may purchase these passes during the exhibitor registration process. It is also possible to purchase additional items such as Networking Reception tickets and training course passes.
  3. Should you wish to cancel one of your registrations, please contact Rachael Jacobi expo@tmforum.org. Once the registration is cancelled, you may go back into exhibitor registration and enter a new registration.
