France The Acropolis convention centre has prepared an Exhibitor Kit, which will contain all of the information and direction that you will require to place orders for services such as electricity, AV, Lighting to name just a few. Exhibitor Manual Download I would like to point your attention to a few things mentioned in the kit: 1. As part of your booth package you can opt for either a space only stand or a Type 1 shell scheme stand (for more information on the Type 1 booth please refer to p17 of the exhibitor kit). You will need to notify the Acropolis of which booth option you will be choosing by completing Order Form 3B1-A 2. Electricity and stand cleaning/waste removal are not included in your stand package, please refer to Order Form 3B5 (p20) and 3B9 (p24) respectively. 3. - If you require additional passes over and above the allowance awarded to your company with its booth package, you may purchase these passes during the exhibitor registration process. It is also possible to purchase additional items such as Networking Reception tickets and training course passes.
- Should you wish to cancel one of your registrations, please contact Rachael Dearani expo@tmforum.org. Once the registration is cancelled, you may go back into exhibitor registration and enter a new registration.
