The Acropolis convention centre has prepared an Exhibitor Kit, which will contain all of the information and direction that you will require to place orders for services such as electricity, AV, Lighting to name just a few.  Exhibitor Manual Download

I would like to point your attention to a few things mentioned in the kit:

1. As part of your booth package you can opt for either a space only stand or a Type 1 shell scheme stand (for more information on the Type 1 booth please refer to p17 of the exhibitor kit). You will need to notify the Acropolis of which booth option you will be choosing by completing Order Form 3B1-A

2. Electricity and stand cleaning/waste removal are not included in your stand package, please refer to Order Form 3B5 (p20) and 3B9 (p24) respectively.

3. Completion of Order Forms:

Ceiling Heights:
The ceiling heights do vary throughout the Acropolis. The following are the ceiling heights:
Hall 2, Rhodes: 3.4m
Exceptions: booths 63, 66, and 106 the height is 2.8 m and booths 64, 65, 67, 68 and 134 the height is 2.4 m
Hall 1, Mediterranee: 3.7 m

Contractor Work Order Form
All contractors/ stand builders will be required to complete and return the following Contractor Work Order Form to expo@tmforum.org by the May 1st.

Depending on your booth package/ size you will receive a number of complimentary exhibitor staff passes and conference passes. The conference passes can only be used for your clients/ prospects. If you Occupy a:

10x10ft Booth - you will receive 3 exhibit staff passes and 3 conference passes
10x20ft Booth - you will receive 6 exhibit staff passes and 6 conference passes
20x20ft Booth - you will receive 12 exhibit staff passes and 12 conference passes

1. The complimentary conference passes are provided to help you entice your clients/ prospects to visit your company at the Management World show, and hence, they are not for the use of your employees.
2. If you require additional passes over and above the allowance awarded to your company with its booth package, you may purchase these passes during the exhibitor registration process. It is also possible to purchase additional items such as Networking Reception tickets and training course passes.
3. Should you wish to cancel one of your registrations, please contact Rachael Dearani expo@tmforum.org. Once the registration is cancelled, you may go back into exhibitor registration and enter a new registration.
