- Maximum height for In-line Booths is 10 feet.
Definitions
In-line Booth: One or more standard units of 10x10 or 10x20 booths in a straight line wiht only one or two openings to an aisle.
Penninsula Booth: Exhibit area wil only 2 booths of 10x20 or larger sharing a back wall, but 3 open sides.
Island Booth: Stand alone exhibit of 20x20 with 4 open sides.

Service Provider Campaign
How the TM Forum can help you to get your target customers to Management World Orlando
1. The expo manager will provide you with a personalized TM Forum Management World Orlando invitation to send to your target list
2. The TM Forum has a dedicated tele-sales team which you can use to target your customers at no extra cost! All you need to do us provide us with a service provider target list (and as a follow up to the email you send out) the TM Forum will contact these companies on behalf of you. Before calling them we will determine their level of involvement in previous Management World events:
a) If the service provider contact has never attended a Management World event before we will offer them 25% off a full conference pass/ summit pass
b) If the service provider contact hasn’t attended in the past two years we will provide a 15% discount
What you need to provide: A service provider target list, which will include the name, company, email address and telephone numbers.

Depending on your booth package/ size you will receive a number of complimentary exhibitor staff passes and conference passes. The conference passes can only be used for your clients/ prospects. If you occupy a:
- Catalyst Participants- you will receive 2 exhibit staff passes (for staff) and 2 conference passes (for clients and prospects)
- 10x10ft Booth - you will receive 3 exhibit staff passes (for staff) and 3 conference passes (for clients and prospects)
- 10x20ft Booth - you will receive 6 exhibit staff passes (for staff) and 6 conference passes (for clients and prospects)
- 20x20ft Booth - you will receive 12 exhibit staff passes (for staff) and 12 conference passes (for clients and prospects)
- Expo Suite- you will receive 5 exhibitor staff passes (for staff) and 5 conference passes (for clients and prospects)

- The complimentary conference passes are provided to help you entice your clients/ prospects to visit your company at the TM Forum Management World show, and hence, they are not for the use of your employees.
- If you require additional passes over and above the allowance awarded to your company with its booth package, you may purchase these passes during the exhibitor registration process. It is also possible to purchase additional items such as Networking Reception tickets and training course passes.
- Should you wish to cancel one of your registrations, please contact Rachael Dearani, expo@tmforum.org. Once the registration is cancelled, you may go back into exhibitor registration and enter a new registration.
