Expo Regulations

Table Top Booth
The table top booth space has room for a table top sign and a computer.

Included in Table Top Booth package:

  • table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Table Top Sign with Company Logo
  • One (1) Power Strip

 Other Regulations:

  • Allowed:
    • Up to two (2) standing pull-up banner will be allowed right next to table as long as it does not extend into the aisle.
  • Not Allowed:
    • Note that due to the size of the Expo of up to 10 Exhibitors there will be no opportunity for ordering additional furniture, food and beverage, floral, etc.
    • Booth Structures of any type

Exhibitors Registration

Only the designated booth manager is authorized to register your staff and clients. If you wish to change the name of your designated booth manager, please contact Rachael Dearani, Expo Manager, expo@tmforum.org.

Depending on your booth package/ size you will receive a number of complimentary exhibitor staff passes and conference passes. The conference passes can only be used for your clients/ prospects. If you occupy a:

  • Table Top Booth - you will receive 2 exhibit staff passes (for staff) and 2 conference passes (for clients and prospects)

If you are a sponsor, you may purchase additional passes as part of your sponsorship package - for more information, please contact expo@tmforum.org

Please note:

  1. The complimentary conference passes are provided to help you entice your clients/ prospects to visit your company at the TM Forum Management World show, and hence, they are not for the use of your employees.
  2. If you require additional passes over and above the allowance awarded to your company with its booth package, you may purchase these passes during the exhibitor registration process. It is also possible to purchase additional items such as Networking Reception tickets and training course passes.
  3. Should you wish to cancel one of your registrations, please contact Rachael Dearani, expo@tmforum.org. Once the registration is cancelled, you may go back into exhibitor registration and enter a new registration.
