The TM Forum offers you the opportunity to benefit from pre-arranged, prequalified one-to-one meetings with senior OSS/BSS budget-holders from across European operators and service providers at the upcoming Management World conference and exhibition in Nice, France in May 2009. In the privacy of your own dedicated meeting area, branded with your logo and company information, you can hold 45-minute meetings with your top prospects.

Early on in the Management World campaign, our delegate team works on identifying an elite audience of OSS/BSS/Network Management professionals from all over Europe and the rest of the world with a direct budget-holding and decisionmaking responsibility on OSS/BSS roll-out, adoption and strategy. Each individual is pre-qualified for his/her budgetary authority within OSS/BSS and personally invited to attend. Through an online profiling system on every delegate/company, you can access detailed information on the individuals’ budget, implementation plans and specific interest and responsibility within OSS/BSS.

This enables you to review each individual and company’s compatibility with your product and service offering and make a targeted selection of your top prospects. Similarly, delegates can access online information on your products and services, customers, certifications, case studies and success stories and select to meet with you. As a participant of this service you can further complement and help influence the audience by sending us wish-lists of your top prospects that we can invite on your behalf.

Delegate and vendor preferences are then collated and analyzed to produce an itinerary of mutually requested meetings. The result: A pre-arranged sales meeting which allows you to capitalize on the information you already have on the prospect and his/her needs and on the mutual interest for the meeting and move toward a sale. Package Outline:

  • Your tailored itinerary of a minimum of 12 one-to-one meetings with delegates that you requested to meet and requested to meet with you (on average these are between15-18 and up to as many as 36).
  • Online access to buyer’s information including personal contact details, budgetary information, implementation plans and breakdown of responsibility areas of and interest.
  • Two representatives from your organization to attend, with free access to the Management World conference sessions and exhibition floor.
  • Your own, branded meeting space for the duration of the conference in the designated EAS area of the venue
