Already adopted by 90% of the world’s largest service providers, TM Forum Frameworx suite of standards provides the blueprint for effective business operations, enabling service providers to assess and improve performance using a proven, service-oriented approach to implementation. Frameworx comprises an integrated set of components including the eTOM (Business Process Framework) SID (Information Framework) TAM (Application Framework) and the  Integration Frameworks.

This course provides an overview of Frameworx and the relationship among its components, conformance to the components, and how the components can contribute to the development of an Enterprise Architecture.

Who should attend? Pre-requisites
This introductory course is broadly suitable for a wide audience including anyone wishing to gain a high level understanding of the benefits of Frameworx and how its components can be applied. 

This course (or the classroom equivalent) and successful completion of the corresponding Level 2 exam is required for anyone wishing to pursue TM Forum Career Certification.

Career Certification - for TM Forum Members Only
Signify your expertise in the most widely adopted industry standard—Frameworx.

Upon completion of this course, you qualify to take the Level2 Knowledge Certification exam. Successful completion of the Frameworx Overview exam is a prerequisite for obtaining any Career Certification.

The cost of sitting an exam at a TM Forum event (such as at a Training Roadshow or a Management World event) is included in the course price. You will need to register to take the exam at the location of your choice. Please feel free to contact education@tmforum.org with any questions.
