The role of the Governance Subcommittee is to monitor the needs of the organization from a legal viewpoint and to recommend to the Board any changes to the organization’s bylaws or governance policies in order to effect changes required by the Board or Corporate members. The Committee undertakes any other legal or governance issues that the Board or Executive Committee may direct from time to time.
