The scope of this document is limited to the definition of the protocol neutral interface information model and class models of the NML-EML interface for management of VoIP networks. The set of interface information requirements statements and interface information use cases are defined in TM Forum IP Network Management Business Agreement – VoIP Addendum, NML-EML Interface (TMF 514 – VoIP BA Addendum Issue 1.0).

The current version of this document is restricted to discussions of management of Voice Over IP service from the perspective of fulfillment and assurance. Subsequent versions will cover Policy and Accounting areas as well.
