Inside Billing (click here to view a recent issue of Inside Billing) is sent out to members regularly as an email newsletter with links to a microsite full of articles, news and other items.We believe that a web-based communication allows for much more relevant information to be distributed, using links, analysis and comment on matters that directly affect our operator/carrier members. A larger publication, The Billing Journal, will be sent in hard copy format to all members quarterly.

The content for both these publications is driven by conversations with operators, short surveys, views from industry experts and analysis by the GBA editorial team.
